I have been very happy with our decision to switch payroll companies. Everyone at CPS has been accessible and easy to work with. It’s nice having a dedicated payroll rep. It was difficult to get a direct answer from ADP TotalSource, even if you were fortunate enough to reach someone that could help. The platform is very user friendly. I especially appreciate that the certified payroll reports are completely filled out and ready to send to contractor, along with the ease in getting other reports. This has saved a lot of time for me. My only regrets are that we didn’t find CPS sooner and that we didn’t include the benefits package.
