Everyone at CPS has been accessible and easy to work with. I have been very happy with our decision to switch payroll companies. Everyone at CPS has been accessible and easy to work with. It’s nice having a dedicated payroll rep. It was difficult to get a direct answer from ADP TotalSource, even if you were fortunate enough to reach someone that could help. The platform is very user friendly. I especially appreciate that the certified payroll reports are completely filled out and ready to send to contractor, along with the ease in getting other reports. This has saved a lot of time for me. My only regrets are that we didn’t find CPS sooner and that we didn’t include the benefits package.

We have been using CPS for the last 16 years and have had zero problems with them. They are very professional and a total pleasure to work with! I highly recommend them to anyone whom is considering using a payroll company.
Believe me if you are not using CPS you are making a big mistake!
